Tina worked in magazines as a designer and picture editor and was a freelance food and décor stylist before opening her well-known bakery, Queen of Tarts, in Cape Town. She wrote six cookbooks and now lives in Ladismith, where she built an off the grid home and created an abundant vegetable garden. She loves cooking and baking beautiful food.
