Marie-Noëlle managed Ludwig’s Roses Stellenbosch and Cape Town, acted as an accredited rose judge for ROSA (federation of rose societies of South Africa), developed new rose plantings and landscaping projects, and was involved in registering trademarks and plant breeders rights for several rose breeders. Currently she is a freelance Rose Specialist Consultant for private gardeners, cut flower growers, various wine estates and hotel groups.
