Since Gillian moved to Barrydale a few years ago she has already identified 32 different edible wild and indigenous foods in the area. Her passion is to facilitate learning about local wild foods with a strong interest in plant based nutrition and health. She developed Nurture CoLab, a learning space for real, sustainable living.
